At Alpha Apparel, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for hassle-free returns and exchanges. All items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it securely to your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place the items in their original packaging and drop off the parcel at any authorized shipping carrier location within 7 days of receiving your label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 10 business days to your original payment method.
